Where is my order?
Every Sibyo order ships with tracking. Here is how to follow yours.
1. Check your shipping confirmation email
When your order ships, we send an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Check your order status online
Open the order confirmation email and select View your order, or sign in to your account to see your order status and tracking details.
3. Track with the carrier
You can paste your tracking number into the carrier's website, or into a universal tracking site such as 17TRACK, which follows packages across multiple carriers.
Good to know
- Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days before they ship.
- Tracking can take 3 to 5 business days to start updating, especially for packages that begin their journey outside the U.S.
- Most orders arrive within 7 to 20 business days after processing.
- Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
Need help?
If your tracking hasn't updated for 15 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, email us at sibyo.info@gmail.com with your order number. We will look into it right away and, if needed, send a replacement or a full refund. More details are in our Shipping Policy.
