Accepted payment methods

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. These include major credit and debit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Available options can vary by device and browser.

Currency

All prices on sibyo.org are in U.S. dollars (USD).

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged when you place your order. If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, we will cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Security

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, which uses encryption and complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Sibyo never sees or stores your full card number.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout where required by law.

Order verification

To protect our customers, some orders are reviewed for fraud. We may contact you to verify an order, and we may cancel orders that cannot be verified. If an order is cancelled, you receive a full refund.

Declined payments

If your payment is declined, please check your card details and billing address, or try another payment method. For other issues, contact your bank.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method as described in our Refund Policy.
