Right of Withdrawal

Sibyo sells to customers in the United States. This page summarizes your rights to cancel an order or send it back. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, or at any time before it has been processed for shipping. Email sibyo.info@gmail.com with your order number. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to your original payment method.

Returning an order

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Opened personal care items that touch the mouth, nose or skin cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it in full, including any shipping you paid, at no cost to you.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Nothing on this page limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
